Pricing

Handling & Liability

$500AUD · Waiver Fee

A standard handling and liability waiver fee applies to all client-supplied stones, in addition to the cost of the selected setting or custom design. This fee covers:

  • Stone inspection and assessment
  • Handling and setting preparation
  • Secure setting process
  • Additional care for externally supplied stones

Diamond Certification

For security and verification, all client-supplied diamonds must come with a valid certificate from a recognised gemological laboratory such as GIA or IGI. This confirms the exact same diamond provided is the one returned after setting. If your diamond is uncertified, please contact our team before proceeding.

Important Information

  • Existing weaknesses or inclusions within the stone
  • Chipping, cracking, or damage during setting
  • Wear and tear from prior use
  • Damage caused by the structural condition of the stone

Client-supplied stones are set entirely at the owner's risk.

Our Warranty

Although we cannot warranty the client's diamond itself, all SVĀJewels craftsmanship and manufacturing work is covered under our Manufacturing Warranty. This includes:

  • The quality of the setting
  • Manufacturing workmanship
  • Structural issues relating to production

Stone Assessment

All stones are assessed before production begins. SVĀJewels reserves the right to decline stones considered too fragile or unsuitable for the requested design. Some inclusions or structural weaknesses may not be visible prior to setting.
