Returns

- Customized or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges

- Value: Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Condition: Items must meet the return eligibility criteria to qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
