A warm soak is your best friend.

For gold, rose gold, platinum and diamond jewellery, a warm soak is your best friend. Fill a small bowl with lukewarm water and a drop of mild dish soap. Let your piece rest for 20–30 minutes, then gently loosen any buildup with a soft-bristled brush a baby toothbrush works beautifully. Rinse under clean running water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Avoid hotwater, harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with gemstones.
02The Polishing Ritual

The Polishing Ritual

Between cleans, a microfibre or jewellery polishing cloth is all you need to restore your piece's natural brilliance. Buff gently in small circular motions never scrub. For gold and platinum, this is safe to do as often as you like. For gemstones and diamonds, focus on the metal setting rather than the stone itself.

Avoid papertowels, tissue, or abrasive cloths that can cause fine scratches.

Safe Storage

How you store your jewellery matters as much as how you clean it. Keep each piecein its own compartment or soft pouch (provided in your pick up kit) to prevent scratching. Store away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, extreme weather, spa, sauna, or applying hand cream, washing hands or applying perfume and skincare your pieces deserve to be the last thing you put on
