All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For custom-made or resized pieces, additional processing time may apply.
If there are any delays, we’ll notify you right away.
2. Shipping Within Australia

Free Standard Shipping – We offer free insured shipping Australia-wide.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. -
Express Shipping – Need it faster? Choose Express Shipping for a flat rate of $25 AUD.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. - Carriers – Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, or TNT, all with tracking and full insurance.
- Signature on Delivery – A signature is required upon delivery. If unavailable, a collection card will be left.
